Dimitar brings a well-rounded background in business management, real estate operations, and project leadership to his role as Manager of the Lawn & Snow Department at Paradise Interiors in Crested Butte. With a degree in Business Management from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and years of experience in both property management and construction oversight, Dimitar is highly skilled at streamlining systems, coordinating teams, and delivering top-tier client service.

His previous roles include managing multi-family residential portfolios, guiding complex lease-ups, and overseeing building maintenance across hundreds of units. He also has experience as a project manager ensuring compliance with New York State construction codes, and earlier in his career worked in financial services, where he developed a strong foundation in strategic planning and client relations.

Now rooted in the Colorado mountains, Dimitar applies his analytical mindset and hands-on leadership to ensure Paradise Interiors' Lawn & Snow division operates with precision, safety, and reliability—no matter the season.
